Eastern Arizona Regional Juvenile Detention Facility is located in the city of Safford, Greenlee County, Arizona State. Anyone over the age of 18 with valid government photo ID can be approved to visit an inmate in jail. Visiting Person must not on felony probation. Children under age 18 must be accompanied by adult.
